Are Pursuit Beauty products cruelty-free and vegan?

We are 100% cruelty-free and vegan! This means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with partners and manufacturers who uphold the same standards.

Are Pursuit Beauty products sulfate-free, paraben-free, and phthalates-free?

Yes! We are proud to offer products that are up to widely agreed-upon clean standards.

Are Pursuit Beauty SPF formulas reef-friendly?

At Pursuit Beauty, we care deeply about our oceans and the natural environment. So while the FDA has not defined the term "reef safe," we use it to mean that our products meet Hawaii Act 104, the law banning the use of certain chemicals in sunscreens. Our products are proudly free of Oxybenzone and Octinoxate, and we keep a close eye on scientific developments to ensure all our products meet the latest standards - for the safety of people and our environment.

What types of skin are Pursuit Beauty products suitable for?

Our products and formulas are suitable for all skin types! If you have any questions about any of our products or formulas based on your skin type, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@pursuitbeauty.com. We’d love to help you out!

What is Pursuit Beauty packaging made of?

Everything we make is friendly to you and the earth. All our tubes, jars, and sticks are made with 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials and our outer packaging is made from 100% recycled cardboard. We believe in footprints in the sand, not the environment!

What is the shelf life of Pursuit Beauty products?

All of our products contain a “Period After Opening” symbol on the packaging. It is best to use within 12 months after opening. Unopened SPF products have a shelf life of 3 years from manufacture date.

Are your products silicone-free?

Some of our products do contain silicones. We like them for a number of reasons! While silicones have been villainized as pore-clogging, they are widely studied and known not to clog pores. In fact, silicone acts as a barrier, helping the skin retain moisture and blocking unfriendly particles like pollution from entering. Unless you have a silicone allergy, it is unlikely to cause any adverse reactions.

Are all Pursuit Beauty SPF products broad-spectrum? (UVA + UVB)

Yes! All of our sunscreens protect against UVA & UVB rays.

Are Pursuit Beauty products recyclable?

Yes! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. Just give the empty tube or stick a quick rinse before placing it in the recycling bin. We believe in footprints in the sand, not the environment :)

Are Pursuit Beauty products TSA approved?

Yes! Pursuit is made for those on the go so we made sure all of our products are within the TSA size and weight guidelines, so wherever you go, we got you.

Are Pursuit Beauty products pregnancy safe?

Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, clean, reef-friendly and formulated to be gentle on both your skin and the environment. However, as with any other routine, please consult with your physician if you are pregnant.

Can I use Pursuit Beauty products if I have acne?

Our products were made to suit all skin types. However, if you have severe acne or any skin condition, consult with your physician before use.

Can I sell Pursuit Beauty products on my site?

Unfortunately not, your purchase of Pursuit Beauty products is only for your personal use. By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Does Pursuit Beauty ship internationally?

Yes! We offer fast and affordable shipping solutions worldwide. Your shipping cost (Shipping, Tax and Duties) will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)

Free Shipping on all US orders of $60 or more

Priority shipping on orders below $60 (3-5 business days) is $9.99.

Expedited shipping on all orders (1-2 business days) is $17.99.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your Daily Pursuit will arrive 5-10 days after purchase! Occasionally during super busy periods such as product launch weeks and holidays the processing time may increase up to 7 business days so your order will arrive within 12 business days. We will notify you via email immediately if this applies to your order.

Does Pursuit Beauty ship orders to the UK & EU?

Yes! We ship to the UK & EU. We’ve partnered with Passport Shipping to process these orders. They will be the seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with all of your shipment details, tracking number & tracking link.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total (International Orders Only)

We provide revolutionary international shipping with duties and taxes included and prepaid at checkout

During checkout we will show a pre-calculated price that includes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees. There will be zero fees payable upon delivery by the courier meaning zero surprises for you. This also includes insurance for your parcel in case it gets lost.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You have the option to modify or cancel your order within an hour of placing the order by contacting support@pursuitbeauty.com.

After one hour, our team is already working on shipping out your order, so we will do our best to modify your order but we offer no guarantees. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What’s your return policy?

We offer seamless returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please visit pursuitbeauty.returnscenter.com or contact support@pursuitbeauty.com.

Any returned item must be unopened and in its original state.

How do I make a return? (USA orders)

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

How to exchange or return your items: 

1. Go to pursuitbeauty.returnscenter.com and enter your order # and the email address that you used to place the order.

2. Indicate which items you are returning or exchanging.

3. Make sure that any returned item is in its original state.

4. You can either choose to download our discounted USPS return label or you can choose to ship the return using your own preferred method.

5. Seal up the box and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.

6. Once you’ve created a return label and have shipped your return package back to us, you can track your return via pursuitbeauty.returnscenter.com.

Look out for an email confirmation. We’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

How do I make a return? (International orders)

We only offer money refunds on orders shipped internationally, we do not offer product exchanges. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees such as duties and import taxes.

In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the Pursuit Beauty refund to appear on your account.
